Masters who have fulfilled the following conditions may participate.
- Clear Part 2 Chapter 3 "Lostbelt No.3 - intro"
* It will not be necessary to clear Pseudo-Singularities I-IV.
* As of 2021-01-01 00:00 PST, Servants whose True Names are hidden will be referred to by their True Name within newly released Main Story chapters, Limited Time Events, certain quests, campaigns, and Pickup Summons.
About Rewards Claimed in the Original Event:
If you acquired certain rewards in the original 2021 Limited Time Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files x Fate/Grand Order Collaboration Event "Lady Reines's Case Files", the equivalent rewards will be changed as follows for the Revival Event.
- If you acquired a "Holy Grail" in the original event, the equivalent reward will be a "Crystallized Lore".
- If you claimed Event Reward Command Codes in the original event, the equivalent Quest Clear Rewards will be a Rare Prism or Mana Prisms.
* The Limited Time Servant "★4 (SR) Gray" will officially join your roster once you clear the Epilogue. The Epilogue will be unlocked at a later date.
Please note that she will NOT be added to your roster when you clear the portion of the Main Quest that is unlocked at the beginning of the event period.

Quest Unlock Conditions:
Clear Main Quest Section 3 of Collaboration Event "Revival: Lady Reines’s Case Files - Plus Episode".
There is a low (25%) chance of Rare Enemy appearance within Collaboration Event "Revival: Lady Reines's Case Files - Plus Episode" Free Quests.
You can increase the chance of Rare Enemy appearance by equipping the Event Limited Craft Essence "Meeting of the Heirs." Each Craft Essence equipped will raise the chance by 15%, giving a 100% chance of Rare Enemy appearance when you have five equipped.
The Collaboration Event "Revival: Lady Reines's Case Files - Plus Episode" will require you to complete missions such as "gather a certain amount of an item" or "defeat a certain type of enemy." Clear these missions to receive valuable rewards!
In addition, completing certain missions will unlock new missions and event quests.
Complete missions and claim the rewards as you progress in the Main Quest!
* Please note that mission rewards will NOT be awarded automatically when you fulfill a mission's requirements. * Please note that new missions or spots on the map will not be unlocked until you claim the related mission rewards.
In Section 10, unique battles requiring all Masters to fight together against a single powerful enemy will appear.
The enemy that appears in these battles has a special gauge. Each time you reduce its HP to zero in a battle, the total is reduced bit by bit.
The enemy's gauge is shared by all Masters. As all Masters cooperate to defeat the enemy again and again, the enemy will be repelled once and for all when the gauge has been reduced to zero.
Once the enemy's gauge been reduced to zero, a final battle will be unlocked, allowing you to defeat the enemy one last time and progress in the story.
Challenge the unique battles and repel the enemy!
* You can choose "continue" by expending three Command Spells or one Saint Quartz if your entire party is incapacitated. * The battle against this enemy will end as soon as the gauge has been reduced to zero. It will not be possible to participate afterwards.
* Some time may be required for your personal final battle to appear after the enemy's gauge has been completely emptied.

Masters who have cleared all missions within the Collaboration Event "Revival: Lady Reines's Case Files - Plus Episode" as well as all new chapter "A Fictitious Return" Story Quests will be eligible to challenge High Difficulty "Challenge Quests".
Please note that there are two Challenge Quests with their own participation requirements and first clear Rewards.
The Challenge Quests will remain available for the duration of the event period even after being cleared. Enjoy challenging them as many times as you like with different Servants and Craft Essences.
* Quest clear rewards, dropped items, Master EXP, Mystic Code EXP, and Bond Points will only be rewarded for the first clear.

Use the Ascension Material "Add Cushion", available only as mission rewards during the event, to perform Ascension four times and see the final Saint Graph!

"★4 (SR) Gray" Servant Coins can be obtained in this event as clear rewards for completing the new story quests "A Fictitious Return" and through Event Item Exchange.

Rewards for Re-Acquisition:
If you got "★4 (SR) Gray" in the original Limited Time Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files x Fate/Grand Order Collaboration Event "Lady Reines's Case Files", bonus rewards will be available in this event.
Once you have acquired a total of six copies of "★4 (SR) Gray", one Rare Prism will be awarded for each new copy, beginning with the sixth.
