During the Limited Time "Thanksgiving 2020 Pickup Summon (Daily)", certain Craft Essences were not summonable as intended.
Affected Period: 2020-11-19 20:00 - 11-24 01:30 PST
Affected Users: All users who performed the Summon in question during the affected period
Affected Craft Essences: "★5 (SSR) Child of Atlas," "★4 (SR) Cleaner," "★3 (R) Sakura's Special Bento"

We will be taking the following steps to compensate users who were affected by the issues.

To apologize for the inconvenience caused by the above issue, we will distribute the following to users who performed the “Thanksgiving 2020 Pickup Summon (Daily)” during the affected period:
- Saint Quartz (Free Saint Quartz) equal to 10% of all Saint Quartz expended during the affected period
- One of each affected Craft Essence for users who performed the affected Summon at least once during the affected period
- Additional copies of the affected Craft Essences based on the number of times Summon was performed

Affected Craft Essences:
- "★5 (SSR) Child of Atlas"
- "★4 (SR) Cleaner"
- "★3 (R) Sakura's Special Bento"

Eligibility:
Users who performed the “Thanksgiving 2020 Pickup Summon (Daily)” between 2020-11-19 20:00 - 11-24 01:30 PST.

Compensation Details:
- Saint Quartz (Free Saint Quartz): 10% of Saint Quartz expended
- "★5 (SSR) Child of Atlas" x1 + Additional copies based on number of Summons
- "★4 (SR) Cleaner" x1 + Additional copies based on number of Summons
- "★3 (R) Sakura's Special Bento" x1 + Additional copies based on number of Summons
