How to Respond:
Fill in all required questions and press the Send button at the bottom of the survey form.

* Please be aware that you will be unable to send your response if you do not finish filling out the survey by the end of the response period.
Present Eligibility:
All Masters who completed the survey within the response period
* You must navigate to the response complete page at the end of the survey to have your response counted.

Please Note:
- Each user may respond to the survey only once.
- Personal information provided through the survey will be used for analysis of the survey results and present distribution only, and will be managed under the terms of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please check the User Agreement and Privacy Policy before proceeding.
- A User ID must be provided in order to respond to the survey.
Take the following steps in order to copy your user ID.
1. Tap "Friend" from the Terminal menu.
2. Tap "Friend Search" on the Friend page.
3. Tap "Copy" to copy your User ID.
4. Paste it into the User ID box in the survey.
