The following is a message from the administrative team.

We have identified an issue in the distribution of Holy Grails that could be Cast between 2023-12-31 20:00 PST (GMT -8) and 2026-06-30 16:59 PDT (GMT -7), which we performed on 2026-07-04 14:00 PDT (GMT -7).
For users who had one or more months in the eligible time period where they did not acquire any Servant Coins, that month was not counted towards their total of Holy Grails that could be Cast, meaning that not enough Holy Grails were distributed.

For users who encountered the issue, we will be taking the following actions starting at 2026-08-24 21:00 PDT (GMT -7).

Affected Users:
- Users who had at least one month where they did not acquire any Servant Coins and thus were not awarded the correct number of Holy Grails.

Actions:
- Distribution of the missing Holy Grails * Please note that for users from whom not all Holy Grails could be reclaimed during our response on 2026-07-17 PDT (GMT -7), those Holy Grails will be subtracted from the number to be distributed.
