[Updated - New Info] [Important] Issue with the Servant Coin distribution on 2026-07-04

Thank you for playing "Fate/Grand Order."
The following is a message from the administrative team.

(Added on July 17th)

We have completed our investigation into this issue and are taking the following course of action.
We will be conducting maintenance on 2026-07-17 PDT (GMT -7) to finish our response for Servant Coins distributed in excess that could not be reclaimed during the unscheduled maintenance on July 4.

Actions Taking Place During 2026-07-17 PDT (GMT -7) Maintenance

Affected Users:
Users who had already used the Servant Coins received in excess through this issue without leaving enough for us to recover the amount sent in excess.

Actions:
1. We will reclaim Servant Coins from your Inventory and Present Box. 2. We will roll back Holy Grail Casting that made use of the unreclaimed Servant Coins and reclaim the Holy Grails that were cast. 3. We will roll back the unlocking of Append Skills to reclaim Servant Coins used. We will refund Enhancement materials and QP to your Present Box based on the specific Servant and Append Skill Level in question. * After rolling back Append Skill unlock statuses, we will reclaim the Servant Coins that were distributed in excess and refund any remaining Servant Coins to the Present Box.

Actions 1, 2, and 3 will be executed in order to reclaim the unreclaimed Servant Coins. At the point that all of the excess Servant Coins have been reclaimed from your account, we will stop the process.

Details on action 2 are as follows.
First, we will subtract the number of unreclaimed Servant Coins from the total Servant Coins used in Holy Grail Casting between 2026-07-05 18:00 - 07-16 23:59 PDT (GMT -7).

Depending on the result of that calculation, we will take one of the following actions.

If the Servant Coin count in your Holy Grail Casting feature would be a positive number upon reclaiming Servant Coins, the number of Servant Coins reclaimed will simply be subtracted from your count.

If the Servant Coin count in your Holy Grail Casting feature would drop into the negative upon reclaiming Servant Coins, Casting itself will be rolled back, the cast Holy Grails will be reclaimed, and the number of Holy Grail Castings available will be increased by the number of Holy Grails that were reclaimed.
Your Servant Coin count will then be rolled back to reflect the number of Servant Coins offered for Holy Grail Casting that were not originally distributed in excess.

■ Holy Grail Casting Roll-Back Examples:

A. You offered 100 of the Servant Coins that need to be reclaimed, bringing your count to 500. You did not cast a Holy Grail.
→ Your count will be reduced to 400.

B. You offered 100 of the Servant Coins that need to be reclaimed and Cast one Holy Grail, bringing your count to 0.
→ Your count will be returned to 1900, one Holy Grail will be reclaimed from your Inventory, and the number of Holy Grails you can cast this month will be returned to two.

* As we will roll back your Holy Grail Casting count when we reclaim Holy Grails, there will be no disparity between users in the number of Holy Grails that can be cast this month. * As such, for users whose Holy Grail Casting count is rolled back, we ask that you redo Holy Grail Casting for this month. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not hold enough Holy Grails for us to reclaim them, the unreclaimed Holy Grails will be reclaimed in the future.
We will announce details at a later date.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to all users.

We have identified an issue where an excessive amount of Servant Coins were sent to some Masters' Present Boxes.

For Masters who encountered the issue but have not yet claimed the Servant Coins from your Present Box, we have reclaimed the Servant Coins that were sent in error and instead sent you the correct amount.

For Masters who have already claimed Servant Coins from your Present Box, we have reclaimed the excess Servant Coins from your inventory, leaving the original amount you were intended to receive.

If you have already used the Servant Coins without leaving enough to cover the amount sent in excess, we have reclaimed as many Servant Coins as was possible. We will announce our planned course of action regarding the Servant Coins that could not be reclaimed at a later date.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to all users affected by the issue.
