At this time, we have finished testing the game on iPadOS 17.7.8 and confirmed that it can be opened without incurring the issues described below.
We ask that users playing on an iPad make sure that their OS has been updated to version 17.7.8 or later before opening the game.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to affected users.
We have received reports of an issue where if you open the game after updating to iPadOS 17.7.7, the app will behave as if it has just been installed, displaying the opening movie and prompting agreement to the Terms of Service, etc.
As this is an issue with the iPadOS itself, we ask that all users who are or might be affected avoid updating to iPadOS 17.7.7. If you have already updated, we ask that you do not play the game on the updated device until we announce that the issue has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
