Upon investigation of the issue, we found that the HP for the Raid Boss of "Raid Quest Battle 1" was set incorrectly. This caused an issue where the Raid Boss was defeated immediately after the battle started.
After the issue occurred, we were able to fix similar issues within "Raid Quest Battle 2" and further before the next raid began, and have confirmed that all further battles will proceed as intended.
As an apology for the issue, we will be distributing compensation as follows.

We have found an issue within the Limited Time Event "Anti-Primate Biosphere, Tunguska Sanctuary" where the raid gauge was set to an unintended setting in the “Raid Quest Battle 1”.

We are currently investigating the cause and extent of the issue.
We will announce compensation details at a later date.
