With the version update to Unity2020 scheduled for late October 2022, we will be changing the supported OS Versions for iOS and Android as follows.
If your device's OS does not meet these requirements, we request that you update your OS.

Recommended OS: iOS 11.0 and later
Supported OS: iOS 10.3 and later (It is not possible to play the game on unsupported OS versions)

Recommended OS: iOS 13.0 and later
Supported OS: iOS 11.0 and later (It is not possible to play the game on unsupported OS versions)
Supported Devices: iPhone 6s and newer, iPad mini (5th generation) and newer, iPod touch 7th generation
* Please check the compatibility of your game environment with this article, not the information in the App Store.
* iPod touch 6th generation and earlier and iPhone 6 Plus and earlier are not supported.
* Beta versions of OS Versions are not supported.

Recommended/Supported OS: Android 4.1 and later
[After Change]
Recommended OS: Android 7.0 and later
Supported OS: Android 4.4 and later up to Android 7.0 (tentative)
* We are currently conducting tests to determine the OS Versions that we can support. It is possible that "Fate/Grand Order" will no longer operate correctly on devices using Android 4.4 and later up to Android 7.0.
We will have an official announcement about supported OS Versions in mid-October 2022.
* Beta versions of OS Versions are not supported.
* Incompatible with devices with an Intel CPU.
* It is possible that the game will not work on some devices, even with the recommended version or higher.
Supported RAM requirements will not be changed.
Recommended and necessary RAM requirements are as follows.
Recommended RAM: Smartphone or tablet device with 3.0 GB or more
Necessary RAM: Smartphone or tablet device with 2.0 GB or more
* The game cannot be played on devices with less than 2.0 GB of RAM.
