Our investigation into the extent of the issue has been concluded as of this time.
We will distribute the missing Rare Prisms during the maintenance scheduled as follows.

We have found an issue within the Limited Time Event “Revival: All In! Las Vegas Championship Match - Seven Duels of Swordbeauties! Lite” where Rare Prisms may not be awarded correctly when you claim your sixth and further copy of “★4 Katsushika Hokusai (Saber)” through event rewards.

We will announce compensation details at a later date.
