As of the end of the scheduled maintenance at 2022-05-26 04:00 PDT, we have resolved the issue where the Servant Coins sent to the Present Box at 2022-05-23 01:00 PDT were not awarded correctly to certain Masters.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to all affected users.

Based on our investigation of Servant Coins awarded, we have determined the following.
The number of Servants summoned before a certain time period was not counted correctly when calculating the number of Servant Coins to be sent to each Master.
* Servant Coins based on each Servant's Bond Level were calculated and awarded correctly.

As of this time, we are recalculating the count of Servants summoned during the affected period. Once that is completed we will perform a server maintenance in order to send the Servant Coins out correctly.

We have found an issue with the Servant Coins sent out to Present Boxes at 2022-05-23 01:00 PDT. The Servant Coins based on the number of past Summons were not distributed correctly to some Masters.
We are currently investigating the exact cause of the issue. We will share more details as soon as we can.
