The following is a message from the administrative team.
The App Store guidelines have been updated to require that all apps which "(support) account creation (...) must also offer account deletion within the app." In accordance with this, we have added an account deletion function to "Fate/Grand Order".
Warnings About the Account Deletion Function:
- As soon as you issue an Account Deletion Password, it will be impossible to log in or play the game with that account. Please use this function ONLY if you want to completely erase your account and all data related to your personal information.
- Once your account is deleted, it will never again be possible to play "Fate/Grand Order" with that account. Account recovery and Saint Quartz refunds will not be possible, and your Transfer Number will become invalid.
If you wish to completely delete your account and all data related to personal information, tap "Account Deletion" from the Help menu in My Room, then follow the instructions to issue an Account Deletion Password.
* As soon as you issue an Account Deletion Password, it will become impossible to log in or play the game with that account. Please keep this in mind before issuing a password.
* It will be possible to check your Account Deletion Password, User ID, and Master Name from the title screen of the app after you have issued the Account Deletion Password. (The Account Deletion Password will be displayed when you tap the password field)
Once you have issued an Account Deletion Password, a message will appear allowing you to proceed to the Account Deletion Request form. You can also access the Account Deletion Request form from the title screen of the app. Follow the instructions to fill in all necessary fields.
It will take a short time to process an Account Deletion Request. Once the request has been processed, the account will be deleted completely. It will not be possible to play "Fate/Grand Order" with that account, account recovery and Saint Quartz refunds will not be possible, and your Transfer Number will be invalidated.
There is no way to recover an account once it has been deleted.
About Email Addresses Usable in the Account Deletion Request Form:
* Use an email address that you can reply from.
* Please check your spam filter settings before making a request.
* Please be sure that your account settings will accept email from the domain "@fate-go.us".
* If your email address contains two periods in a row ("..") or a period immediately before the "@" (".@"), email cannot be sent or replied to correctly. Please use a different email address.
* It may take some time for us to reply to your email.
