We would like to request your participation in the Fate/Grand Order User Survey 3.
Please take a moment to fill out the survey and help us improve the game experience for all Masters.

How to Participate:
During the survey period, access the survey from the link below, fill out your answers to all questions, and press the "Send" button at the bottom of the form.
* The link will be added at the beginning of the survey period.
Survey Period:
2021-01-26 20:00 - 02-13 19:59 PST
* Please note that if the survey period ends while you are filling out the survey, you will not be able to send your answers.
Reward Eligibility:
Users who fill out and submit the survey (the survey completed page is displayed) within the period specified above will be eligible to receive the rewards.

Summon Ticket x3
How to Claim:
The rewards will automatically be sent to your Present Box after you submit your survey.
Please Note:
・The survey can be completed only once per account.
・All personal information submitted through the survey will be managed as stated in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We will only use this information for the purpose of analyzing survey results and to distribute the rewards.
・Your User ID will be required to submit the survey.
You can copy your User ID as follows:
1. From the “Menu” button in the bottom of the Terminal, choose “Friends.”
2. Tap “Friend Search.”
3. Your User ID will be displayed. Tap “Copy” to copy it.
4. Paste your User ID into the User ID blank in the survey.
・If you navigate away from the survey page before submitting, all answers will be reset.
