Beginning at 12-10 20:00 PST, we have been distributing compensation for issues with the Limited Time "Thanksgiving 2020 Pickup Summon (Daily)" where certain Craft Essences were not summonable as intended.
We are currently investigating an issue with the Craft Essences distributed as compensation, in that they cannot be selected as Enhancement materials or a server error appears when they are used as Enhancement materials.
We will update with more details as they are determined.
