If you have encountered the above issue, please try the following steps to resolve it.
- Obtain the latest information from the Update tab in the App Store
1. Open the Update tab, and check if the app is displaying the latest version.
2. Swipe down on the screen to reload the screen if the latest app is not being displayed.
