We have concluded testing of application performance and determined that "Fate/Grand Order" will perform correctly on iOS 13.
We are still testing performance on iPadOS and will have another announcement once we are certain that the game will perform correctly.

We have determined that "iPhone 11," "iPhone 11 Pro," and "iPhone 11 Pro Max," released on 2019-09-20, will come with iOS 13 installed.
It is possible that the application may not perform correctly on iOS 13.
Please check the OS version when purchasing one of these devices.

* Please direct any questions about the "iPhone 11," "iPhone 11 Pro," and "iPhone 11 Pro Max" to Apple or your nearest retailer.

"Fate/Grand Order" (iOS) is currently compatible with iOS 10.0 and all later versions available as of 2019-09-02 21:00 PDT.

We are currently testing application performance on iOS 13 and iPadOS, scheduled to be released soon.
Until testing has been concluded, it is possible that the application may not perform correctly should you update your device's OS.

We will release an update to the application once we have determined that it will perform correctly on iOS 13 and iPadOS.
We ask that users not update to iOS 13 until that time.

* In the event that you update your device's OS before a compatible version of the application is released, Customer Support may not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
