For certain Android devices, the game may not boot after updating to Android 10.
We are currently investigating the cause, but should you encounter this issue, taking the following steps may resolve it:
- From the System>Developer options>Debugging menu, turn "USB debugging" ON, then OFF again.

An updated version of the application has been released for Android 10.0.
We have determined that the updated version will perform correctly after OS update.
"Fate/Grand Order" (Android) is currently compatible with Android OS 4.1 - 10.0.
We apologize to all Masters for the inconvenience.
"Fate/Grand Order" (Android) is currently compatible with Android OS 4.1 - 9.0.
We are currently testing application performance on Android 10.0.
Until testing has been concluded, the application may not perform correctly after OS update.
We will release an update to the application once we have determined that it will perform correctly on Android 10.0.
We ask that users not update to Android 10.0 until that time.
* In the event that you update the OS before a compatible version of the application is released, Customer Support may not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
* The decision on whether or not to update the OS is left up to the individual user.
"Fate/Grand Order" is not supported on devices using an Intel CPU. After the application update to guarantee performance on Android 10.0, it will not be possible to install new versions of the application and the game will not perform correctly on these devices.
* We do not plan to implement support for Intel CPU devices in any future application updates.
