[Update - New Info] Campaign reward distribution for users affected by Start Dash Campaign issues (05-10 00:00 PDT)

As of this time, compensation has been completed for all affected users.
We apologize for the issue and any inconvenience it may have caused.


We have determined the extent of users affected by issues with the Start Dash Campaign. The issues have been resolved as of 05-07 03:00.
We are now working to distribute the Start Dash Campaign rewards correctly to affected users.
As it is necessary to distribute the rewards individually to each user, this may take some time.
We estimate that we will be able to complete the process by 2019-05-10 00:00 PDT.
Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please see below for more details.

Bug Fix:
During the period between 2019-04-23 07:00 - 05-07 03:00 PDT, Start Dash Campaign rewards were not distributed correctly.
* The affected campaign rewards are as follows:
- Tutorial cleared: 2 Saint Quartz
- "Singularity F: Flame Contaminated City, Fuyuki" cleared: 10 Saint Quartz

We sincerely apologize for the error. The rewards will be distributed to all eligible players as follows.

Applies to:
All Masters who fulfilled the requirements for the affected campaign rewards during the period between 2019-04-23 07:00 - 05-07 21:00 PDT.

Compensation:
- Tutorial cleared: 2 Saint Quartz
- "Singularity F: Flame Contaminated City, Fuyuki" cleared: 10 Saint Quartz

* Each of the rewards will be distributed separately, based on whether the specific requirements have been fulfilled.
* Masters who fulfilled the reward requirements either before or after the affected period will NOT be eligible for this compensation, as rewards will already have been awarded as intended.
