We have recently received numerous reports that our players have been sent phishing emails from third parties posing as customer support and asking for money to recover lost accounts.

Fate/Grand Order and its affiliated customer support team will never ask for payment for account recovery.
If you have received emails asking for payment to recover an account, or customer support emails that for issues you never requested assistance with, please do not open these emails or click on any links within them.

-Characteristics of the scam emails
1. The scam/phishing email will ask for a payment to recover a lost account
2. The scam/phishing email will use an email address other than support@fate-go.us

Again, we urge you to refrain from opening any such emails or clicking any links in suspicious emails.
If you have noticed any suspicious transactions that you believe occurred due to this scam, please immediately contact the Google Play Store, the iTunes App Store, or your credit card company.
