In regards to the Saint Quartz purchase issue of 06-13 PDT, the issue within the App Store has been resolved.
We have confirmed that all Saint Quartz purchased will be reflected correctly when the game is rebooted.
We ask that affected users take the following actions:
- Close out the app (task kill), then log in again.
If Saint Quartz purchased are not reflected correctly even after taking the above actions, we ask that you contact Apple Support directly.

At approximately 2018-06-13 16:00 PDT, certain issues occurred within the App Store, causing some users to be temporarily unable to purchase Saint Quartz within the iOS version of "Fate/Grand Order."
We have confirmed that the issue is currently resolved. However, since it is a platform-related issue, we will be unable to respond to individual cases. As such, we request that affected users contact Apple Support directly.
* We have confirmed that no such issues have occurred within the Google Play store.
